Module Description: |
The purpose of this module is to develop the learner's skills in professional and personal development as well as to inform them of the career paths in hospitality management and leadership roles. On completion of this module the learner should have a range of interpersonal management and professional skills necessary for their career in tourism or hospitality management. In addition they should understand the importance of interpersonal skills, professionalism, timeframes in business and techniques for enhancing their management and leadership skills.
