Module Description: This case study challenges students to apply theory studied in modules in year 1 and year 2 (e.g HR management theories and strategies, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, organisational culture and power, functions of management) to a case study and make recommendations and critically appraise organisations approaches to people management.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
