Module Description: This module is aimed at providing key knowledge relating to health, mindset and wellbeing. The learner will devise and implement a series of specific action plans and potential 'next steps' to best manage their environment using a collaborative approach.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Discuss life coaching aspects in the context of the coaching cycle.
LO2 Appraise how the environment impacts on our deep health and mindset, focus on food to boost a healthy lifestyle .
LO3 Apply the 'wheel of deep health' model to work and social life.
LO4 Explore areas of interest in the health and fitness arena to improve wellbeing and mindset.
LO5 Create a learning plan to support goals within the 'physical and social environment'.

The key steps in life coaching, creating an action plan, outline goals to action process by using the 5-S approach. Progress indicators and outcomes, planning and problem solving, use outcome - decision making skills.
Healthy Eating, Wellbeing
Eating behaviours, nutrition for different lifestyles, sports, how to enhance promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Foods for mood improvement, mindset and wellbeing. Aligned with SDG 3 Food Health & wellbeing - intro to global health importance, health challenges facing the world today.
