Module Description: This module aims to build on the preparation required and the learning acquired on work placement in industry. This will consolidate and advance personal development and provide the skills, knowledge and competencies to produce a professional career plan for the beverage industry sector. Students will be placed in industry for one day per week for one semester to gain experience and an appreciation and understanding of the beverage industry.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
