Module Description: This module will introduce students to current and emerging HRM topics, reports and academic literature in the area of people resourcing. The module will provide students with knowledge of the current and emerging HRM issues facing organisations studies and provide them with the skills to critically appraise the impact of these emerging issues to organisations.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO3 Explain the concept of employer branding and its role in HRM
LO4 Describe the emerging HR issues facing organisations
LO5 Discuss the challenges of managing across generations and develop strategies that organisations can use to address these
