Module Description: This module explores factors driving employee behaviour and motivation. The impact of employees on organisational CSR initiatives is discussed, in addition to the implications of job design for employee performance.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO3 Identify the nature and importance of job design in organisations.
