Business Environment Simulation
In the business environment simulation module, the student manages an on-going business. Working with their teammates, they are in direct competition with other firms in their industry. Their goal is to improve the firm's overall financial, operating and market performance. The participants have to work together in teams in a simulation that links all teams together in a competitive and dynamic environment. The teams have to find ways of working effectively together and making smart decisions that will improve the strength and results of their team. Students will draw on knowledge from a diverse range of modules, and on their own experience, to lead the chosen organisation, justifying their plans and decisions throughout.
