Module Description: In this module, while working closely with their company/organisation, learners will draw on the skills and knowledge gained on other modules to help resolve a real-life problem, or investigate an area of interest. The project topic will be agreed between the employer and learner and while the scope may not result in a measurable intervention, it must be of benefit to the business. The learner will critically review the performance of the project based on evidence gathered and evaluate its impact, both from a practical and theoretical perspective. As reflective practitioners, this Work-Based project will enable the learner to expand and develop professional relationships as well as stimulate individual self-discovery.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
