Module Description: |
The work placement is designed to consolidate and enhance the learner’s education. The placement will familiarise the learner with work practices and procedures, providing the opportunity to observe and implement the practical application of theoretical knowledge gained on the programme. Lecturer support and mentor guidance is available throughout the module. The industry experience will enable the learner to develop an understanding of the process involved in developing a career in a variety of food industries and food related organisations.

Contribute constructively as a team member in a variety of food-based operations, food production businesses, and food related organisations. |
