Module Description: The fifth in a progressive series of skills-centered modules. Directed study in advanced vocal techniques required to satisfy the different skills required for specific styles of music theatre singing
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Demonstrate highly competent technique, vocal versatility and an advanced level of acting through song and performance preparation
LO2 Present advanced vocal exercises and studies from legit to contemporary styles, demonstrating acquired vocal techniques and resonance strategies
LO3 Present a programme of musical theatre songs and pop repertoire demonstrating an ability to successfully manage any technical requirements such as smooth transition changes and balanced even tone throughout vocal range
LO4 Demonstrate advanced knowledge of vocal wellness and performance preparation for solo and ensemble performance
LO5 Reflect on learning, research and practice methods
