Module Description: |
To enable students to develop a critical understanding of a variety of roles that finance plays in an organisation. As well as developing an understanding of the principles of financial and management accounting, students will understand the compliance, reporting and controls required to support decisions making in modern, complex, dynamic business environments.
Students will also develop a range of analytical skills to allow them contribute actively to developing, enhancing, supporting and contributing to financial activities that occur in many organisations, including investment appraisal, pricing, budgeting and various financial reporting compliance requirements.
