Assessment Description
Project topics are identified linked to a contemporary issue in the hospitality industry and submitted for approval by week 2. This project is developed over the duration of the semester. In week 7, students are expected to deliver a presentation linked to their project for formal feedback and peer review. This is worth 10% of the overall module marks. Final written submission of industry-related project will take place in week 11. This is worth 40% of the overall module marks. Estimated Word count 3000-3500.
