Presentations - 20%
Create presentations, slide layouts, design themes, custom annimation, slide transition, add graphics/Smart Art/ Charts, set timing, insert video and audio content, presentation controls, print options, slide notes.
Word Processing - 40%
Create and work with existing documents, design themes, insert, delete, move, copy text, format painter, character enhancement, formatting, margins, line spacing, indenting paragraphing, headings, document layout, pagination, headers/footers, bullets & numbering, borders and shading, WordArt, Clipart, shapes, SmartArt, Graphics, tables, table styles, heading styles, table of contents, referencing, cover page.
Introduction to spreadsheets - 40%
Create and work with existing spreadsheets, saving, editing, using headers and footers, print options, insert/delete/rename worksheets, copy/wrap/merge/delete data. Create charts and graphics, use functions, date and time (SUM, MAX, MIN, COUNT, COUNTIF), replicate/fill series, sort/custom sorts, absolute/relative cell addressing.
