This module aims to develop an overview and understanding of business practices, as they impact on commercial design. It will be delivered with particular emphasis on application in the consumer goods and services sectors.

Intellectual property and associated legal issues; impact of EU Law on such areas as design rights, trademarks, logos etc., with reference to recent high profile cases.
