Module Description: |
This module examines the principles framing the regulation of the financial sector and its impact on societies, economies, markets, firms, executives, staff and clients. It investigates critically these principles and how they inform and frame regulatory and compliance practices designed to secure satisfactory societal and market outcomes. It addresses these issues from an inter-disciplinary perspective and prepares participants for professional roles in the supply, demand, regulatory, compliance, and assurance domains.
