Choose and apply appropriate strategic management frameworks to develop and recommend strategic actions/plans. |

Analyse the external and internal environments for a variety of organisations to generate suitable strategies that lead to a competitive advantage. |

Appraise the various business and corporate strategies available to companies to design competitive strategies and defend strategic changes. |
LO4 |
Critique strategic recommendations to evaluate the strengths and limitations of various strategies, strategic analysis and strategic management frameworks. |
LO5 |
Suggest methods for strategy execution to ensure competitive advantage is optimised while considering organisational structures, corporate culture, and control systems. |
