Module Description: This module provides students with valuable experience of on site industry
practice as well as specialised training. Participants will have the opportunity to observe live production, directing and camera operation, pre and post-production workflows including research and programme
concept development experience. Industry partners will collaborate in identifying appropriate skillsets that students can develop and in which they will receive hands-on experience.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Indicative Content
Research and production
Develop programme elements from initial proposal through research to production. Identify established and new ways to find talent for programmes and series. Write briefs for presenters.
Live Studio operation
Multi-camera shooting, lighting, sound, autocue, directing
Post-production workflow
Logging daily shoot. Liaising with talent, Offline/online editing
