On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Perform calculations (using DEAP software or equivalent) to demonstrate compliance with TGD Part L - Dwellings & NZEB.
LO2 Propose strategies for building(s) to demonstrate incorporation of sustainable features typically associated with Building Assessment Methods, Universal Design and Lifetime Homes Standard.
LO3 Propose solutions for apartment building(s) to demonstrate compliance with national design standards and policies of local planning authorities.
