Module Description: Post-contract commercial management of a hypothetical building development, spanning contractor appointment to contract discharge, demonstrating the selective application of technically appropriate, economically viable and environmentally sustainable solutions on a self-selected project forms the essence of this module
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Apply knowledge of the post-contract development and construction process from a financial, economic, technological, legal and sustainable perspective
LO2 Commercially manage the post-contract stage of a self-selected hypothetical building project
LO3 Incorporate social awareness issues into a project framework including, but not limited to, health and safety, ethics, accountability and professional responsibility
LO4 Communicate an individual, positive, proactive, logical and analytical contribution to multi-disciplinary problem solving
LO5 Plan, research, compile and submit a professional post-contract 'Project Evaluation and Procurement Report' within the specified timeframe and to an appropriate standard
