Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Apply knowledge of the pre-contract development and construction process from a financial, economic, technological, legal and sustainable perspective
LO2 Commercially manage the pre-contract stage of a self-selected hypothetical building project
LO3 Incorporate social awareness issues into the project framework including, but not limited to, health and safety, ethics, accountability and professional responsibilty
LO4 Demonstrate an individual, positive, proactive, logical and analytical contribution to multi-disciplinary problem solving
LO5 Plan, research, compile and submit a professional pre-contract 'Project Evaluation and Procurement Report' within the specified timeframe and to an appropriate standard
