Utilise the techniques used to identify, source, select, record and present the information needed to effectively administer a construction contract. |

Develop a non-confrontational contract management strategy to achieve dispute avoidance on construction projects. |

Appraise a range of appropriate dispute resolution techniques used to resolve construction-related conflict. |
LO4 |
Prepare, submit, evaluate, negotiate and agree contractual claims arising on a construction project. |

Application of consensual, adjudicative and adversarial processes in dispute resolution.

Delay and disruption, loss of productivity, notices and procedures, monitoring delays, costs and charges, compilation, assessment and evaluation.
