Principles of Management
Forecasting, planning, organising, motivating, co-ordinating, controlling, communicating.

Motivation
Process theories, content theories. Motivation of construction operatives and staff. Theory application in construction organisations.

Leadership
Leadership theories: traits, styles, behaviour studies. Leadership versus management.

Group Dynamics
Construction groups and teams in construction, group formation, stages in group dynamics.
