Managing Workforce Diversity
Defining and exploring diversity. The Business Case for Diversity Management and challenges associated with diversity management. Diversity Management initiatives versus Inclusion.

Gender Diversity
Gender considerations in the workplace, earning gaps, retention, quotas.
|
Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation
Defining different Gender Identities and Sexual Orientations. Considerations raised while aiming to include employees of various sexual orientations, and strategies for inclusion.

Racial and Religious Diversity
Religion in the workplace, accommodation of religious practice. Non-national employees in the workplace, cultural diversity, integration, skills usage.

Age and Disabilities
Strategies for including individuals with differing physical and mental abilities in the workplace, reasonable accommodations. Retention of older workers. New work arrangements.

Context
The Legal and social context for inclusion of diverse employees.
