LO1 |
Recognise the principles underlying supply chain management accounting and managerial finance, and develop the skills required to assess the financial impact of decisions and contribute to the wider management decision-making process. |
LO2 |
Appraise and interpret financial statements and prepare accounting information for management control and decision making. |
LO3 |
Explain the difference between profit and cash-flow, the importance and linkages between both, and how to improve overall profitability and liquidity. |
LO4 |
Appraise the role of corporate planning and budgetary control as key elements in managerial finance, including the preparation and utilisation of performance measurement techniques. |
LO5 |
Analyse and assess investment appraisal and working capital management. |
