Module Description: This module will extend flexibility, modulation and appropriate adaptation and sensitivity of the learner's voice thereby meeting the requirements of Shakespearean and other texts in a specific performance space.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Development of an individualised vocal warm-up
The Responsive Voice
Maintaining clarity of vocal expression in response to heightened physical and emotional impulses
Articulation and Projection
Increased clarity of speech at advanced tempi and in relation to complex rhythms. The development of precision in placement and projection of the voice
Voice and Text
Shakespeare, advanced verse and texts
Voice Care
Protection and care of the voice: maintaining safe limits, avoiding vocal damage and strain.
