Analysis of Financial Statements
Review of company P+L, balance sheet and cash flow statements to determine company strategic financial priorities
Working Capital Management and systems
Review and analysis of company approach to working capital management and discussion of suitability to company business model
Investment evaluation
Identification of relevant inflows and outflows relating to an investment decision; evaluation of risks and benefits of proceeding with investments
Strategic Risk
Advise and communicate sources of financial risk to key stakeholders
