On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Indicative Content
Identify situations in which psychometric tests are useful
Recruitment and selection needs as well as training programs provide a range of situations in which psychometric tests can be useful it is however necessary to check whether the information can not be obtained through different channels.
Criteria for the selection and application of a appropriate tests
Investment criteria,Job profile,Training restraints,Cost in general,Construct and Content Validity.
Construct and conduct a simple sensor-motor acuity test and analyze the results.
Standard error of measurement /Standard Deviation /Correlation as well as interpretation of scores and context.
