On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Assessment Description
Conduct a team project covering all five stages of the project lifecycle - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing. For example, research and create a DVD showing examples of project management in movies and television programs for educational use. Prepare appropriate project management documentation at each stage of the project lifecycle, such as a team contract, project charter, scope statement, WBS, Gantt chart, probability/impact matrix, issue log, lessons learned.
