Module Description: This module gives students the tools to create variable-response, interactive multimedia solutions. It concentrates on various scripting flows of control issues such as iteration, conditionals, and functions.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Indicative Content
Interactivity
Objects, methods, properties, and event handlers in ActionScript & JavaScript in order to create user-controlled interactivity. Collision detection.
Decisions
Specifying the conditions under which statements are invoked: if statements, switch statements, Boolean conditions, compound conditions, Boolean logic.
Dynamic Scripting
Repetition - Loops, for statements, while statements, halt conditions, recursion, looping through simple compound data structures. Declaring and invoking functions, parameters, return values, scope issues. Arrays.
