Module Description: This module allows you to develop your exploration of a personal theme or topic through photography. The module provides an opportunity to demonstrate knowledge of visual language, photographic technique and process through the production and presentation of a considered body of photographic work to an appropriate standard.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Indicative Content
Personal photographic practice
Students will identify, research and interpret their chosen topic applying their knowledge of visual language, photographic technique and process in an informed and considered manner. Emphasis is placed on self-motivation and an independent approach to photographic practice.
Requirements
This module encourages critical analysis and evaluation of work. Problem solving and application of appropriate methodologies and techniques are fostered through tutorial, critique and review.
