Module Description: |
This module aims to introduce the learner to the range of competencies identified as necessary for effective working within the community workplace, and to enable the learner to conduct a self-assessment regarding these under supervision in the workplace. It facilitates the learner to identify their own competency deficits in this regard and to begin a learning process to fill the identified competency gaps. The module also enables learners to record work and learning activities and reflect on work and associated learning in the community context.
