Collective Employment Law
Legality of Collective Agreements. Tests applied. Registered Employment Agreements and Employment Regulations Orders. Interaction with Employment Law. The Constitutional and Statutory Positions. Relevant Case Study Examples. Collective Redundancies.
Industrial Relations Act, 1990, as amended.
