Module Description: This module provides the student with the opportunity to explore and evaluate contemporary Human Resource Management (HRM) issues, aiming to support them in the development of human resource strategy and to successfully contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Application of theoretical principles.
