Module Description: This module reviews the Operations Strategy of a business and its overall importance. Contemporary thinking in quality management and challenges associated with quality in organisations are discussed and evaluated. The process of organisational development and change is reviewed along with discussion on how change can be best facilitated and managed in firms.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
