Module Description: The project will cover all stages of consultancy such as stakeholder consultation,problem definition,project planning and management,research methods and tools,data analysis,solution scenarios and implementation.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO2 Engage all relevant stakeholders in a consultation process that is transparent
LO3 Negotiate to achieve an agreed problem definition.
LO4 Analyse the research approach suitable for the chosen topic.
LO5 Develop and present solution scenarios.
LO6 Develop and present implementation strategies to the stakeholders.

Indicative Content
Strategic problem: Process and Definition
The task is to identify a problem on the strategic level by consulting with all relevant stakeholders and arrive at an agreed definition.
Research
Identify appropriate research methods, consider especially action research methods.
Solution
Develop and present different solution options by utilising the consultation process so that each option could be implemented.
Implementation:
In consultation with stakeholders prepare realistic implementation scenarios.
