Drivers of change, diagnosing change, managing major changes, change architecture, strategies for organisational effectiveness. Change at times of business growth and downsizing.

Leading Change
The challenge of organisational change, organisational structures: choice and leadership, the transformation perspective. Theories of change: traditional models, critical perspectives, strategic management models. Themes & Issues in Organisational Change: Sustaining organisational effectiveness, leadership in practice, the learning organisation and strategies for change.
