Selection and testing
Selection criteria and performance indicators, psychometric testing and classic test theory

Work process/system analysis: cost, adaptability, acceptance, performance and Nilsen's acceptability model
Motivation Theories
Innate drives versus process-actualized motives Porter and Lawler's model and management intervention
