Module Description: This module covers the development of interactive web applications. This includes web applications that can accommodate dynamic content, store and retrieve data both locally and remotely, and use appropriate programming APIs.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Writing generic/dynamic code. Reference variables, arrays, array functions, string processing, JavaScript APIs
DOM Scripting
DOM Scripting, Parsing HTML documents, creating HTML elements dynamically, changing the content/structure of web pages.
Web Services
Dynamically loading external images and text/variables. Ajax / JSON-P, Data Formats: XML, JSON
Devices
Using APIs, Local Storage Strategies: LocalStorage, Cookies, Sessions, Frameworks, etc.
