Module Description: The module aims to develop an understanding of the development of organisation management and knowledge management theories and techniques and their practical application in dynamic business environments.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Organisation Management in practice
Organisation management in modern practice. The design of organisations to match the situation and/or environment.
Development of Knowledge Management
The development of knowledge management models, tools and techniques.
Knowledge Management in practice
The application of knowledge management to business and project environments. The knowledge sharing culture. Knowledge management and innovation including contemporary information technology and devices. Document management.
