On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Utilise the techniques used to identify, source, select, record and present the information needed to effectively administer a construction contract.
LO2 Develop a non-confrontational contract management strategy to achieve dispute avoidance on construction projects.
LO3 Appraise a range of appropriate dispute resolution techniques used to resolve construction-related conflict.
LO4 Prepare, submit, evaluate, negotiate and agree contractual claims arising on a construction project.

Dispute avoidance
Knowledge, training, implementation, techniques and support.
Dispute resolution implementation
Application of consensual, adjudicative and adversarial processes in dispute resolution.
Contract claims
Delay and disruption, loss of productivity, notices and procedures, monitoring delays, costs and charges, compilation, assessment and evaluation.
