Module Description: This module will enable students to demonstrate the skills necessary to measure basic construction details using the relevant standard method of measurement.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Further develop measurement skills required in the preparation of ARM compliant documentation.
LO2 Illustrate the importance of concise descriptions which meet the relevant standard method of measurement.
LO3 Illustrate the sequence of taking off quantities in accordance with the National Table of Building Elements.
LO4 Interpret the rules of the relevant method of measurement ensuring comprehensive bill descriptions.
