Module Description: This module is designed to introduce learners to the complex work organisation from a behavioural perspective. The module is aimed to help learners gain a practical understanding of how they might use an understanding of human behaviour to better manage their organisations and people.
 
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Explain and predict workplace behaviours which affect the Culture of Organisations.
LO2 Distinguish individual group and organisational processes and identify sources of individual differences, group processes and organisational processes which contribute to Organisational Performance through Culture.
LO3 Discuss future managers and workers needs in order to understand the characteristics of human beings in organisational situations.
LO4 Discuss emerging concepts that are reshaping the field of organisational behaviour.
