Module Description: This module is designed to introduce learners to the complex human context in which managers work and to understand how their behaviour affects others in their organisations. The module addresses the dynamics of power, conflict, change, work behaviour and how they affect individuals and groups in the organisation.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
