Module Description: This module is designed to support the student in furthering their understanding of themselves as an individual and as a student practitioner in early childhood education and care and school age childcare. Explorations include assertiveness, integrity, code of ethics, and the values, competencies and practices integral to the work of the practitioner. Learning will be experiential in nature; therefore, regular class attendance is required to successfully complete the assessment components.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
