Module Description: This module is the culmination of the preceding three songwriting modules. The student will show the synthesis of songwriting techniques and the development of a personal style. Additionally, the student will compile the necessary materials with which to engage with industry and to interact with same.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO3 Submit a recorded and notated portfolio of original songs, illustrating the synthesis of songwriting techniques in a personal style
LO4 Discuss the key official organisations with which professional songwriters interact
LO5 Prepare a songwriter's pack appropriate to current industry standards
