Securities market & investment assets
Mainstream investment assets, primary and secondary markets, stock markets, bond markets.
Bonds
Measures of bond yield, bond valuation, interest rates & bond prices, credit, term structure of interest rates/yield curves, bond price volatility, duration analysis.
Equities
Share price & dividend growth, dividend discount model, price earnings model, industry analysis/life cycle/competitive analysis, financial ratios.
Property
Different types, characteristics of property markets, rents, yields/IRR, leverage, management issues.
Derivatives
Using derivates to manage risk, futures, options, pricing of options contracts, common strategies, OTC markets.
