On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO1 Critically analyse the formulation and implementation of processes of training,talent development and knowledge retention strategies for defining and achieving current and future effectiveness at national, organisational, group and individual levels.
LO2 Critically evaluate the potential and appropriateness of a range of training and talent development strategies, policies and methods with reference to relevant contextual factors.
LO3 Lead the initiation, development and implementation of training,talent development and knowledge acquisition and transfer strategies, interventions and activities.
LO4 Critically assess the role and influence the politics of training,talent development and knowledge management policy and practice in a range of contexts.
LO5 Consider the ethical dimension of peoples development
