This module provides students with the skills required to successfully design, create and publish business-related websites. It will also teach them how to prepare multimedia content for websites.

WWW and Internet Technologies
Internet architecture, how the World Wide Web works, HTML, CSS and content management systems.

Web Page Planning
Requirements gathering and analysis, understanding website goals and objectives, Using personas and outlining user experiences in site design.

Web Page Design
Design principles and issues, sketches and mockups, storyboards and wireframes.

Website Development
HTML CSS and Wordpress.

Multimedia
Adobe suite and/or cloud-based tools for image, sound, motion graphics and visual effects.

Digital Media Integration
Social Media integration, Optimizing your website, promoting blog posts on social media. Use tools/techniques such as sharing buttons, follow buttons, comments, post broadcasting.
