Module Description: This module provides a detailed analysis of quality standards and processes for continuous improvement within the automotive industry with particular emphasis on importer and retailer levels.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

AUTOMOTIVE QUALITY STANDARDS & CERTIFICATION
The evolution of quality standards. ISO certification. Motor industry and brand specific standards. Auditing procedures and processes for maintaining motor dealership quality standards.
