PO1 Knowledge - Breadth An in-depth knowledge of the broad hospitality sector, grading system and operational standards relevant to the market sectors.
PO2 Knowledge - Kind A detailed knowledge of the provision of hospitality services, embracing operational provision and standards, marketing, human resources resource skills, management and organisational skills, and the ability to select approaches suitable to the context of a particular hospitality unit.
PO3 Skill - Range The requisite skills to organise and manage standards of service, profitability, staff, and marketing to promote the operation.
